지난 6월 12일에 정몽구 미래자동차 연구센터에서 ACE Lab의 이민철 임원택 연구원의 박사학위 청구 논문 발표가 있었다. 이는 두 연구원이 ACE Lab에서 생활하며 매진해온 연구내용을 발표하고, 연구내용을 여러 교수들 앞에서 심사를 받는 절차이다. 이민철 연구원은 'Probabilistic collision risk evaluation for moving vehicles based on the interaction-aware motion prediction by considering sensing uncertainty and blind area’ 이라는 주제로, 임원택 연구원은 'Hybrid motion planning based on sampling and optimization methods for autonomous driving in dynamic on-road scenarios’이라는 주제로 각각 발표를 진행하였다. 이번 박사학위 청구 논문 발표를 통해 ACE Lab 박사과정의 우수한 역량을 보여줄 수 있었다.
