On October 24th, Hyundai Automotive Group hosted the 18th HKIPC (Hyundai-Kia International Powertrain Conference) at the Rolling Hills hotel, Hwasung-si, Korea. Major corporates related to Powertrain like BOSCH, Continental, Delphi, Denso, MANGA, MAHLE, SCHAFFLER and Valeo attended the conference and shared technologies.
Professor Myung-Ho Sunwoo lectured after Professor John B. Heywood from MIT, known for his book International Combustion Engine. The topic of the lecture was ‘Powertrain Research in the future’, suggesting the future pathway for the Powertrain field. The lecture heavily inspired employees from the attending companies.
